You can change or reset your MT5 trading account password directly from your Veo Markets Client Area.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area
- Visit the official Veo Markets website
- Click “Sign In”
- Enter your registered email address and password
Step 2: Go to the Trading Accounts Section
- Navigate to Trading Accounts / MT5
- Locate the trading account for which you want to change the password
- Click Settings or Account Settings
Step 3: Select “Change Password”
- Find the password section
- Click the “Change” button
Step 4: Choose the Password Type
You will need to select the type of password you want to change:
Master Password
This is the primary password for your MT5 account.
It provides full access to trading and account management.
Investor Password
This is a read-only password.
It allows access to view trades and account activity but does not allow placing trades.
Select your preferred option and click Continue.
Step 5: Set Your New Password
You may choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Generate a Random System Password
The system will automatically create a secure password.
You will receive a confirmation email containing the new password.
This option is recommended for enhanced security.
Option 2: Create Your Own Password
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address
- Create a new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Submit
Password Requirements
Your new password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*()-_}{.+)
Confirmation
Once successfully updated, you will receive an email confirming the password change.
Important:
Changing your MT5 password does not affect your Client Area login password.
