Step 1: Contact Support
Please submit a request through the Veo Markets Support Center.
Step 2: Provide the Required Information
For security reasons, please include the following details in your request:
- Full name
- Client ID
- Registered phone number
- Current (old) email address
- New email address you would like to use
Step 3: Complete Identity Verification
For account security, you may be asked to complete an identity verification process using a secure verification link provided by the Support Team.
Your email address will be updated once your identity has been successfully verified.
