Whitelisting a withdrawal address adds an extra layer of security to your account. Once enabled, withdrawals can only be sent to approved addresses that you have added to your whitelist.
This helps prevent unauthorized transactions and reduces the risk of fraud.
What Is the Purpose of Whitelisting?
By enabling withdrawal whitelisting:
- Only approved wallet addresses can receive funds
- Unauthorized withdrawal destinations are blocked
- Your account security is significantly enhanced
How Do I Enable Withdrawal Whitelisting?
Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area
- Visit the official Veo Markets website
- Click “Sign In”
- Enter your registered email address and password
Step 2: Go to Security Settings
- Click your Profile icon in the top right corner
- Select “Security” from the dropdown menu
Step 3: Activate Withdraw Whitelist
- Locate the Withdraw Whitelist option
- Enable the feature using the toggle switch
Please note:
You must activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) before enabling the Withdraw Whitelist function.
How Do I Add a Whitelisted Address?
- Click “Add” next to the Withdraw Whitelist option.
- Select the cryptocurrency from the supported list.
- Enter the wallet address you wish to whitelist.
- If required, enter a Destination Tag (see explanation below).
- Confirm and submit the request.
Supported cryptocurrencies may include:
- BTC (Bitcoin)
- ETH (Ethereum)
- USDT (Tether)
- XRP
- LTC (Litecoin)
- BNB (Binance Coin)
- TRX (Tron)
- BCH (Bitcoin Cash)
- USDC (USD Coin)
Available assets may vary depending on platform configuration.
What Is a Destination Tag?
A Destination Tag is an additional numeric identifier required by certain blockchain networks to ensure that funds are credited to the correct account.
Some cryptocurrencies (such as XRP and BNB on specific networks) may require a Destination Tag in addition to the wallet address.
If your wallet provider requires a Destination Tag, you must include it when adding the address to your whitelist.
Failure to provide the correct Destination Tag may result in delayed or unsuccessful transactions.
Important
When entering a wallet address:
- Copy and paste it directly from your wallet
- Ensure there are no extra spaces or missing characters
- Double-check both the wallet address and Destination Tag (if required)
Once added and confirmed, withdrawals will only be processed to whitelisted addresses.
