You can submit a withdrawal request directly through your Veo Markets Client Area.
Step 1: Submit a Withdrawal Request
- Log in to your Client Area
- Go to the Withdraw section
- Select your preferred withdrawal method
- Enter the withdrawal amount
- Submit your request
Once submitted, your request will appear as Pending in your Client Area.
Withdrawal Policy (MIMO – Money-In, Money-Out)
To protect all parties against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering regulations, Veo Markets applies a Money-In, Money-Out (MIMO) policy.
This means withdrawals are processed back to the original source of funds in the following order:
1. Credit/Debit Card Deposits
If you funded your account using a credit or debit card:
- Withdrawals will first be processed back to the same card
- This applies up to the total amount originally deposited via card
This rule applies regardless of the withdrawal method selected during submission.
2. E-Wallet and Crypto Wallet Deposits
After all card deposits have been fully refunded:
- Remaining funds may be withdrawn via the original e-wallet or crypto wallet used for deposits
3. Bank Transfers and Other Methods
Once the above methods have been fully refunded:
- Remaining funds may be withdrawn via international wire transfer or local bank transfer
Processing Time
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 working hours
- Processing time by the payment provider may vary depending on the selected method
Important Notes
- If an incorrect withdrawal method is selected, the request will still be processed according to the MIMO policy.
- Withdrawals are processed in the currency of the original deposit.
- If currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will apply.
