If you would like to update your Social Trading profile, you must submit a request through the Veo Markets Support Center.
Certain profile changes require review and approval before they are applied.
Profile Sections Subject to Review
1. Nickname (Username) Changes
If a Leader requests a nickname change, the request will be reviewed.
Nicknames may be rejected if they:
- Include company or brand names
- Contain contact details (email, phone number, social media)
- Are promotional or misleading
- Violate platform guidelines
You will be notified once the review is completed.
2. Profile Description Edits
Updates to your profile description may be reviewed, especially if they:
- Promote external groups or services
- Contain advertising content
- Include contact details
The Social Trading environment is designed to remain neutral and compliant.
3. External Links
Requests to add external links to your profile are subject to approval.
Links may be restricted to prevent:
- Off-platform solicitation
- Misleading marketing
- Regulatory issues
4. Profile Picture Updates
Profile pictures may be reviewed if they:
- Include contact details
- Contain website URLs
- Use logos or commercial branding
- Appear misleading or inappropriate
