All clients who have:
- A verified Veo Markets account
- An active Live MT5 trading account
can access the Social Trading platform.
You can log in using:
- Your MT5 trading account number (Login ID)
- Your MT5 trading account password
What If I Cannot Log In?
If you are unable to log in, please try the following:
1. Check Your Registered Email
When your MT5 trading account was created, your login credentials were sent to your registered email address.
Search your inbox for your account details.
2. Reset Your Trading Account Password
If you need to change your MT5 password:
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Navigate to the Trading Accounts / MT5 section.
- Select your Live trading account.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Click Change Password.
- Choose whether to:
- Generate a random system password, or
- Create your own password.
- Generate a random system password, or
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email.
- Confirm the new password.
Once updated, you can use the new credentials to access Social Trading.
