Verification is usually quick, but sometimes it can take longer if the submitted documents need to be reviewed again or re-uploaded. Below are the most common reasons for delays.
Common Reasons for Verification Delays
- The document photo is blurry, dark, or unreadable
- The name on the document does not match the name on your Veo Markets account
- The document is expired or expires too soon (it must be valid for at least one more month)
- The document is cropped (all four corners must be visible)
How to Fix It
Review the points above, upload a clear photo or scan of your document, and resubmit through the Verification section in your Client Area.
