Step-by-Step Verification
- Log in to your Veo Markets Client Area.
- Click your Profile icon (top right corner).
- Select “Verification” from the menu.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your document.
If everything is submitted correctly, verification can be completed in just a few minutes.
Proof of Identity (POI) Requirements
To avoid delays, please make sure your document:
- Is clear and fully readable
- Shows your full name (matching your Veo Markets account)
- Includes your ID number
- Includes your date of birth
- Shows all four corners of the document
- Clearly displays your photo and signature
- Is government-issued
- Is valid for at least one more month
Accepted Documents
You may upload one of the following:
- International Passport
- National ID Card
- Driver’s License
- Permanent Residence Card
Review Time
Your documents are typically reviewed within 24 hours.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and can proceed to fund your account and start trading with Veo Markets.
Common Reasons for Verification Rejection
To help you avoid delays, please double-check your document before submitting. Verification may be rejected if:
- The image is blurry or low quality
- Part of the document is cropped (all four corners must be visible)
- The name does not match your Veo Markets account
- The document is expired or close to expiration
- Information is covered, edited, or not clearly visible
- A screenshot is submitted instead of a clear photo or scan
If your verification is declined, simply upload a new, clear document and resubmit.
