To start trading with Veo Markets, you need to create a trading account and connect it to the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Create a Trading Account in Veo Markets
- Log in to your Veo Markets Client Area.
- Go to the Trading Accounts section.
- Click Create New Account.
- Select:
- Live or Demo account
- Account type
- Base currency
- Leverage
- Live or Demo account
- Accept the Customer Agreement.
- Click Create Account.
Your trading account details will be generated immediately.
Step 2: Locate Your MT5 Login Details
After creating your trading account, you will receive:
- Login ID (Account Number)
- Trading Password
- Veo Markets MT5 Server Name
Important: Your Client Area password is different from your MT5 trading password.
You will need these details to connect your account to MT5.
Step 3: Install MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
Download MT5 from official sources only:
- Official MetaTrader website
- Apple App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
Install the platform on your preferred device.
Step 4: Connect Your Veo Markets Account to MT5
- Open the MT5 platform.
- Select “Login to an existing account.”
- Enter your Login ID (Account Number).
- Enter your Trading Password.
- Search for and select the correct Veo Markets server.
- Click Login.
If the details are correct, your account balance and trading environment will load.
Step 5: Confirm the Connection
You are successfully connected when:
- Your account balance is visible
- Market quotes are updating in real time
- The connection status shows active
Your trading account is now linked to MT5.
Step 6: Start Trading
Once connected:
- Select your preferred trading instrument
- Analyze the market using MT5 tools
- Choose your order type (Market or Pending Order)
- Set your position size, Stop Loss, and Take Profit if applicable
- Confirm and place your trade
Before placing your first trade, ensure you understand the risks associated with leveraged trading and that your position size aligns with your risk management strategy.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
If you are unable to log in or your account does not connect properly, please check the following:
- Make sure you selected the correct Veo Markets server
- Ensure you are using your MT5 Trading Password (not your Client Area password)
- Double-check your Login ID (Account Number)
- Confirm your account has been fully verified and activated
- Check your internet connection
