If your MT5 trading account has been archived due to inactivity, you can request reactivation.
Option 1: Use the Notification Email
Before your account is archived, you may receive a notification email informing you about the upcoming archiving.
If available:
- Open the notification email
- Follow the instructions provided to request reactivation
Option 2: Submit a Reactivation Request
If you cannot find the notification email, you can still request reactivation.
Please submit a request through the Veo Markets Support Center and include:
- Your full name
- Your Client ID
- Your MT5 trading account number (if available)
If you do not remember your trading account number, our team can assist you after verification.
How Long Does Reactivation Take?
Reactivation requests are typically processed within 24 working hours.
Processing times may vary depending on request volume and required verification.
Can I Access My Account While It Is Archived?
No.
When an account is archived:
- It will not appear in your active account list
- You will not be able to log in to the trading platform
- Trading activity will not be possible
Once reactivated, full access to your trading account will be restored.
